Professional Inspections P.L.L.C.
Hello. My name is Dwayne Schilhab and I am the President of Professional Inspections P.L.L.C. and the founder
of our SAFE HOME MAINTENANCE PROGRAM. I am a licensed professional home
inspector in the State of Texas. LIC 6986. After doing four plus years of inspections I have seen many problems in many
households that could have been prevented with recurring inspection and monitoring. This is where our SAFE
HOME MAINTENANCE PROGRAM was born. Please read on as I explain our SAFE
HOME MAINTENANCE PROGRAM, and how valuable it is.

Our Philosophy
"If a homeowner spends a good amount of money keeping their yard and flower beds in order, why wouldn't
they spend less money protecting the biggest investment of their life?" From my experience as a home inspector, the
answer was clear! Because busy, hardworking people like yourself simply do not have the time and or the "know how".
Think of the peace of mind you could have knowing for example, that your foundation is performing as intended, your HVAC
system is performing efficiently and safely and your water heating system is working efficiently and safely. More
importantly knowing your fire safety and smoke alarms are always working properly and knowing the gas lines to your appliances
are not leaking! All of this, plus so much more is included in our program!
